• PRAC is focused towards keeping its customers at ease by offering them a Half Yearly Maintenance for their jewelry.
• To keep your jewelry young and cheerful PRAC provides complimentary cleaning and inspection once every 6 months.
• Our Half Yearly Maintenance facility will be no longer valid if any third party jewellery has done any work on the jewelry.
Exchange of Product
• All PRAC jewelry is handcrafted by artisans using various simple and complicated techniques which may not be exactly replicated to represent the image shown on the website. There might be slight differences in size and dimensions of the final product depending on factors beyond our control.
• The product can be exchanged within 15 days of purchase along with the solitaire certificate and the product tag.
• Incase of product shipped to us for exchange PRAC will charge a nominal shipping charge of 2% of the product value or the actual shipping cost whichever is lower.
• Returning the certificate is mandatory.
• PRAC shall not accept any jewelry which shows any type of alteration done by any third party jeweller, further all benefits towards the product will be nullified.
• The Product of exchange should be returned as it is.
• Exchange request will be accepted only after we receive and inspect the product, its certificate and tag.
• PRAC reserves the right to correct the valuation of the product based on its quality inspection.
